My Training Philosophy

I design training sessions with your goals in mind, but I also like to keep things interesting.

If you are an individual trying to stay fit through your cancer journey, I can help. I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Cancer Exercise Specialist. Together, we can keep you moving before, during and after your treatment journey and increase your general well being (yes, even through cancer), flexibility, mobility and, hopefully, other metrics as well!

I am a big fan of Medicine balls, Stability Balls, and Balance Discs to help enhance core strength, balance and stability. I also enjoy incorporating free weights, machines, resistance bands, and other "toys", depending on your specific goals.

In addition, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility training are also key to obtaining overall health benefits from exercise, but most importantly, your workout has to be FUN!

Every move is a step towards a new chapter of vitality and strength. Start your personalized training experience today!
